CP says:
"One of the big issues with non-cushdrive-type front sprocket assemblies fitted to 4-speed small frame Lambretta models is that the retaining bolt has a nasty habit of coming loose. The reason is that this set-up utilises a 3mm thick spacer-washer that, in the case of original Innocenti items, has the tendency to crack into small pieces and thus allows the main bolt to come loose. Contrastingly, modern remade versions of this washer tend to be too soft and become dished with relatively little force, again allowing the bolt to unscrew itself.
Casa Performance has now manufactured an all-new top hat spacer that puts an immediate end to all these woes. The top hat sits inside the available space of the sprocket and due to the very nature of its design, it cannot warp, bend, crack or break, therefore meaning that the main sprocket retaining bolt will never come loose again."
