This service includes:
- machine your housing
- closing the original stud bolt holes
- Setting new threads
- Milling of the cylinder sealing surface
- Spacer cylinder base -universal-
- Spacer cylinder head spacer
The spacer supplied for the cylinder base is universal and must be customised:
-mill in / adapt overflow ports.
-cut the spacer to the required dimensions depending on the stroke, connecting rod length and desired squish.
We recommend a high-quality 57/105mm crankshaft and the Quattrini M1XL cylinder for this conversion.
